- B.E> (IT or Comp Science) + MBA (Marketing , IT, Operations, Systems, Strategy) + Preferably if they have 1-2 years or more of experience prior but freshers can be considered + Preferably Corporate Experience + Proactive Nature + Knowledgeable in their field + Get the project to finish line or any tasks
- BE + MBA is mandatory
- BE and MBA from Tier 1 / 2/ 3 colleges
Job Description
- Perform requirements gathering / elicitation with business & IT client stakeholders
- Engage in business workshops with customers for requirements scoping & elaboration
- Ability to do business process mapping and create functional specifications
- Identify & define epics themes and user stories for project scoping
- Elaborate user stories as part of software development projects in agile model
- Create business test cases and perform functional testing in domain intensive projects
- Work with customers, technical team and subject matter experts to ensure successful project delivery
- Support Presales team/ Consulting team in the development of PoC’s
- Should be able to conduct product/solution demo for external and internal stakeholders
- Do market analysis and create business case for specific solutions
- Contribute to innovation ideas/IP products
- Create domain training content & impart domain training to technical team during project onboarding
- Publish thought leadership papers
