Family office

The Family Office wanted to run a Pilot of Microsoft Teams that’s based on Unified Communication and Collaboration. Delphi Consulting, being a gold partner of Microsoft in Unified communications was able to deploy Microsoft Teams in a secure and reliable manner to support their current and future business requirements and aid them in serving their clients Microsoft Teams.

Delphi supported The Family Office in designing and building a unified communication and collaboration solution based on Microsoft Teams, which let them save up on their existing investment on current telephone system and at the same time allow users to have Calling capabilities using Teams. This made communication with colleagues and clients more efficient, flexible, and affordable.

Dubai South

Dubai South needed to deploy Microsoft Teams alongside their existing Cisco solutions to keep their extension running well without disrupting the Cisco user experience. Delphi Consulting, being a gold partner of Microsoft in Unified communications will make sure to deploy Microsoft Teams in a secure and reliable manner to support their current and future business requirements and aid them in serving their clients Microsoft Teams.

Delphi supported Dubai South in designing and building a unified communication and collaboration solution based on Microsoft Teams. Microsoft Phone System Direct Routing lets you connect a supported, Dubai South -provided Session Border Controller (SBC) to Microsoft Phone System

Al Ghurair

Al Ghurair wanted to implement a stable voice solution- Microsoft Teams Voice with Direct Routing along with their existing phone systems

For this, the Ribbon SBCs was deployed in an “Upstream” model integrating with the Microsoft Phone System the cloud. This will allow Teams users to make and receive telephony calls through their existing PRI Line and hving the same extensions/ DIDs from their Teams clients.

Delphi deployed SBC 1000 in Al Ghurair Cars HQ and integrate with existing telecom service provider over PRI. All the users will have Teams voice enabled giving them the flexibility to make and receive PSTN Calls.

Health Point

Health Point, a part of Mubadala’s integrated network of world-class healthcare providers, desired to implement a stable voice solution which can support their existing legacy voice solutions and can be used in futuristic approaches. Delphi understood that Health point wanted the Gateway to be compatible with legacy voice devices as well as Microsoft Teams.

We recommended a Teams Direct Routing solution to Health Point in an upstream model to integrate with Health Point’s existing call manager setup.

Our solution allowed Health Point’s employees to make and receive telephony calls through their existing setup and having the same extensions/ DIDs from their Teams clients. We ensured a seamless integration with their legacy Cisco CUCM, giving users the flexibility to and use either of the platforms to make or receive PSTN calls.

DP World

DP World wanted its Teams users to be able to initiate and receive PSTN calls while maintaining compatibility with the organization’s existing call manager solution.

Delphi conducted thorough assessments and recommended a Teams direct routing implementation using Virtual SBCs in a downstream deployment model. This integrated seamlessly with the organizations’ existing Call Manager setup via SIP trunk and with Microsoft Teams in the cloud. The employees at DP World could now make and receive telephony calls through their existing setup while maintaining the same extensions/ DIDs from their Teams clients. This helped the employees achieve higher productivity while working remotely.

Mubadala Investments

Mubadala Investment Company PJSC is a state-owned holding company, which can be characterized as a sovereign wealth fund. The company was looking forward to digitally transform its communications platform.

In line with these transformation goals, Delphi provided an end-to end telephony solution and implemented Teams Direct Routing solution for Mubadala, which was the integrated with CISCO and RighFax.

Kerzner

Kerzner were using Skype for business On-Premises, with 120 users as unified communication solutions. They were also using teams for internal use- this incurred additional costs and employee productivity was low.

Delphi evaluated the situation and deployed Teams direct routing solution- having Microsoft Teams Voice throughout the infrastructure. We also provided end to end telephony solution with MS teams to make their experience of unified communication seamless and provide an all-round solution for performance enhancing. All 120 users from Kerzner are using Teams online, employees could use their office ids while working remotely, and allowed access to latest office program features

The First Group

The First Group were using Cisco PBX, On-Premises Skype for business as a unified communication and used Teams for meetings. This incurred additional costs from switching one platform to another while productivity diminished.

Delphi evaluated the situation and deployed Teams direct routing that resulted in seamless use of PSTN calling, IVR systems, etc. Delphi implemented telephony solution that included migration from Skype, inter-platform calling with Cisco PBX including adoption services to help clients use Teams for unified communication. This allowed the PSTN calls to be encrypted, employees could use their office ids while working remotely, and allowed access to latest office program features
