Kerzner were using Skype for business On-Premises, with 120 users as unified communication solutions. They were also using teams for internal use- this incurred additional costs and employee productivity was low.
Delphi evaluated the situation and deployed Teams direct routing solution- having Microsoft Teams Voice throughout the infrastructure. We also provided end to end telephony solution with MS teams to make their experience of unified communication seamless and provide an all-round solution for performance enhancing. All 120 users from Kerzner are using Teams online, employees could use their office ids while working remotely, and allowed access to latest office program features
