Health Point, a part of Mubadala’s integrated network of world-class healthcare providers, desired to implement a stable voice solution which can support their existing legacy voice solutions and can be used in futuristic approaches. Delphi understood that Health point wanted the Gateway to be compatible with legacy voice devices as well as Microsoft Teams.
We recommended a Teams Direct Routing solution to Health Point in an upstream model to integrate with Health Point’s existing call manager setup.
Our solution allowed Health Point’s employees to make and receive telephony calls through their existing setup and having the same extensions/ DIDs from their Teams clients. We ensured a seamless integration with their legacy Cisco CUCM, giving users the flexibility to and use either of the platforms to make or receive PSTN calls.
