DP World wanted its Teams users to be able to initiate and receive PSTN calls while maintaining compatibility with the organization’s existing call manager solution.

Delphi conducted thorough assessments and recommended a Teams direct routing implementation using Virtual SBCs in a downstream deployment model. This integrated seamlessly with the organizations’ existing Call Manager setup via SIP trunk and with Microsoft Teams in the cloud. The employees at DP World could now make and receive telephony calls through their existing setup while maintaining the same extensions/ DIDs from their Teams clients. This helped the employees achieve higher productivity while working remotely.
